YOGA


Yoga is a valuable practice that can benefit students in a number of ways. Our school is incorporating yoga into their curriculum to provide students with the opportunity to learn and practice this beneficial activity. Trained yoga master are assigned to conduct yoga session for all grades along with their assembly activities.



 Keyboard & Singing Classes


Learning to play the piano is a perfect way to develop an ear for intonation. Making music in any form is relaxing. Singing releases stored muscle tension. It creates an immediate sense of pleasure and simply takes our mind off the day’s troubles to boost our mood.

It also promotes self-confidence, self-esteem and enables young people of different ages to come together successfully. To imbibe the values among our students.

 Keyboard & Music are designed for our children from Grade V to Grade IX and being taught by a well-trained master in music.




Classical Dance

 

Classical dance is a popular extracurricular activity for students of all ages, and it offers a number of important benefits, including: Physical fitness, Mental health, Social benefits, Creative expression, Cultural appreciation.

 

 

Western Dance

 

Western dance is a great way to stay active and healthy, while also having fun and expressing yourself creatively. It is an activity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. Western dance can help children to develop their physical and mental skills. It can also help them to learn teamwork and sportsmanship.


 

Chess

 

Chess is a great game to introduce to students in schools. It is a challenging and rewarding game that can help students to develop a variety of skills, including: Critical thinking, Problem-solving, Strategic planning, Decision-making, Concentration, and Sportsmanship.

 


Silambam


Silambam is a traditional martial art that originated in Tamil Nadu, India. It is a stick-fighting art that is known for its speed, agility, and power. Our School considers offering silambam classes for girl students to provide with the opportunity to learn and practice this beneficial activity in order to develop improved academic performance by focus and concentration, increased self-awareness and body confidence.

 


Drawing


Drawing helps children improve their hand-eye coordination. It gives them the opportunity to form connections between what they see and do. The process of drawing generates a variety of benefits that help students learn better, problem-solve, remember information, write neater, and feel better about themselves.
